Everything stemmed from the implementation of the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality System, with the obtaining of SRM-ECM (Person Responsible for Maintenance) certification in accordance with Community Regulation No. 445-2011/445/EU-, from the Competence Management System Certification and the now established presence in the qualification system of authorized RFI SQ012 workshops.
For our customers, these certifications mean that all the jobs done on their OTMs are carried out in a correct and timely manner. The standardized and constantly monitored methods, the systematic verification of the quality requirements of the replaced parts, the training and related maintenance of personnel employed in servicing, testing and control are all managed according to standards and regulations of reference.


All this has allowed us to develop a new service, “Rimef Full Service Maintenance”, through which our organization can ensure to its customers the comprehensive management of their OTM fleet: management of deadlines, planning of overhaul and repair work, updating and checking of all technical documentation. Our customers’ machines are always in good working order, efficient and in compliance with current traffic regulations, so they can focus their resources exclusively on their core business. An “All Inclusive” service that relieves our customers from all the bureaucratic and operational formalities necessary to make their fleet competitive in terms of efficiency and adequate to ensure full safety on the railways.
Starting in 2019, RIMEF will have a new generation management system for the electronic collection of data: all certifications and information on the progress of each activity will be made available through an area dedicated to our best customers.
