Motor-driven multi-purpose wagon 4.0

RIMEF’s Motor-driven Multi-Purpose wagon is the technological solution to the current needs of the railway construction equipment market. RMF is an EM 14033 type-approved wagon able to move as a powered vehicle in case of interruptions on the track. In addition, it is equipped with a diagnostics system designed with a strong Industry 4.0-driven approach, ensuring high performance while continuously tracking data, usage, and consumption metrics.

Radio-controlled

The vehicle can reach a speed of 15 km/h when radio-controlled from on-board the vehicle, and of 5 km/h when controlled from the ground.

55 km/h when towed

The maximum speed when towed is 55 km/h. Can be type-approved for 100 km/h

16/24 metric tons

The vehicle’s tare weight is 16 tonnes, with a loading capacity of 24 tonnes.

Multi-module

The wagon can be equipped with various modules to suit the task at hand

Single or double axle

The wagon can be built with a motor-driven double axle or a motor-driven single axle, based on performance requirements

RMF-C02 is an EM 14033 type-approved flat wagon featuring side walls, collapsible stakes and Twist-Lock. In addition, it is equipped with a diagnostics system designed with a strong Industry 4.0-driven approach, ensuring high performance while continuously tracking data and usage metrics.

The maximum speed when towed is 55 km/h. Can be type-approved for 100 km/h
